For more than ten years, the Palestinian Cultural Club has operated a community kitchen in response to real needs in our neighborhood. The kitchen is supervised by the Health & Social Services Committee and run by dozens of volunteers—at times more than 100 volunteers—who fundraise, purchase ingredients, cook and package meals with love, then deliver them to people’s doorsteps so beneficiaries don’t need to come to the center, preserving dignity and making access easier.

• Fundraising: from community members, friends, and partners.
   
• Purchasing ingredients: following clear lists that ensure quality and nutritional balance.
   
• Cooking & packaging: wholesome, ready-to-deliver meals prepared daily.
   
• Home delivery: our teams visit homes quietly and respectfully.
   

Years of consistent work have built a strong bridge of trust between the Club and the community, encouraging many organizations to support and expand the kitchen’s capacity and equipment. During the recent war, our teams served families displaced from South Lebanon and from within Beirut, while continuing to support the most vulnerable families in Beddawi Camp and other areas, in cooperation with trusted partners.

• Donate ingredients (rice, meat, vegetables, oil, canned goods, etc.).
   
• Sponsor meals for a family by the day or week.
   
• Provide financial support to cover missing items.
   
• Volunteer with our cooking, packing, or delivery teams.
   

We promise to take no fees: not for the venue, staff, or volunteers. Your contribution goes entirely to purchasing ingredients and preparing meals.

منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات، أطلق النادي الثقافي الفلسطيني مطبخه الخيري استجابةً لحاجة حقيقية في مجتمعنا. تشرف على المطبخ لجنة الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية في النادي، ويعمل فيه عشرات المتطوعين والمتطوعات—وأحيانًا يتجاوز العدد 100 متطوع/ة—يجمعون التبرعات، ويشترون المواد الأولية، ويطهون ويعبّئون بالمحبّة، ثم يوزّعون الوجبات على باب الدار من دون مطالبة المستفيدين بالحضور إلى المركز، صونًا للكرامة وتسهيلاً لوصول الخدمة.

• جمع التبرعات: من أهل الخير والأصدقاء والشركاء.
   
• شراء المواد الأولية: وفق لوائح واضحة تضمن الجودة والتنوّع الغذائي.
   
• الطهي والتعبئة: وجبات متوازنة جاهزة للتوزيع اليومي.
   
• التوصيل للمنازل: فرقنا تزور البيوت بهدوء واحترام.
   

العمل المتواصل على مدى سنوات بنى جسر ثقة بين النادي وشرائح واسعة من المجتمع، ما شجّع عديد الجمعيات على دعم وتطوير المطبخ الخيري تجهيزًا وإنتاجًا. وخلال الحرب الأخيرة قام فريقنا بخدمة أهلنا النازحين من الجنوب اللبناني ومن داخل بيروت، واستمرّ بتقديم الوجبات لأهلنا الأكثر حاجة في مخيم البداوي ومناطق أخرى، بالتعاون مع مؤسسات شريكة.

• تبرّع بالمواد الأولية (أرز، لحوم، خضار، زيت، معلبات…).
   
• كفالة وجبة/يوم/أسبوع لعائلة أو أكثر.
   
• مساهمة مالية لشراء ما ينقص من مواد.
   
• التطوّع ضمن فرق الطهي والتعبئة أو التوزيع.
   

نعدك بأنّ لا نتقاضى أي أتعاب: لا على المكان، ولا على العمّال، ولا على المتطوّعين. مساهمتك تذهب بالكامل لشراء المواد الأولية وتحضير الوجبات.
